In this video, I am giving you my full review of the Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 All-in-one trimmer, Model MG7750/49.

For those of you that are trimming your beard for precision, this trimmer will get the job done at a reasonable price.

At just under $60 on Amazon, this Philips Norelco trimmer is well priced for the level of detail it provides.

Now, while the Multigroom 3000 sells for the bargain price of $19.99, it includes only 13 pieces. The Multigroom 7000, however, includes 23 pieces for hair, face and body grooming. This puts the Multigroom 7000 more in line with the Wahl Lithium Ion Plus, which has very similar detailing attachments.

Similar to the Multigroom 3000, the Multigroom 7000 requires you to keep switching out hair, beard, and body guards for each length you require. However, this grooming device offers a greater range of attachments, leaving all beard and hair length trimming options covered.

Additionally, the Multigroom 7000 includes a foil shaver for creating a smooth finish and a quarter inch precision trimmer for tight spaces. These attachments will help get past that stubble finish of the Multigroom 3000 and leave you with a smooth finish.

Where the Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 has an advantage is its quiet, powerful motor and DualCut blades. This precision trimmer cuts crisp lines and feels smooth throughout its use. It fits into tight spaces with ease and was able to detail my beard with efficiency.

Overall, I was impressed with the results of this all-in-one trimmer. The Multigroom 7000 is reasonably priced, quality made, and gets the job done. It’s not the $19.99 bargain of the Multigroom 3000, but for under $60 it’s well worth it for the precision and detail you will achieve.

The Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 includes 23 pieces, which include the following:
– A trimmer handle
– 32mm full metal trimmer
– Wide trimmer
– Foil Shaver
– Precision trimmer
– Nose & ear trimmer
– 4 hair guards
– 2 fading hair guards
– 3 beard guards
– 2 stubble guard
– 2 body guards
– 1 eyebrow guard
– Nose & ear trimmer
– Brush
– Storage bag
– Power Cord

Great review! Keep up the good work 😉

J. Adame says:

nice video man, I think I will go for the multigroom 7000 instead of oneblade pro which I was originally going to buy

Tony says:

can this be used in the shower??

Marcel Balogh says:

Hi, great videos man. I would like to ask you about difference between Philips ”foil shaver” vs. Wahl ”detail shaver”. I think, that they use different shaving technology. Which one is better in your opinion? I mean which gets closer to the skin, better shaving and less irritating the skin?
Thank you so much.

Nikhil Niks says:

Hi.. Could you please suggest which one is the best trimmer as per ypur opinion? Philips 7720/philips 7000 MG7750/Philips 9000.. Waiting for the response..

McBeth says:

This review was helpful. Permit me to add to it.

Men have asked whether this shaver is suitable for tender bits (not exact wording). I purchased this shaver at Costco who were running a special at $30.00. I wasn’t certain if it would be useful to me, and my hubby assured me that if it wasn’t, that he’d gladly take it over.

I can report that this shaver is a bit of a hazard for nether regions and you should do what GroomReviews suggested and get the other model that is designed for naughty bits.

Long story short, I cut myself a tiny bit. Nothing tragic – just enough to know that if the angle isn’t exactly right, the skin may shear.

I can imagine that men’s similar parts would also suffer the same fate, so I just wanted to share my story, y’know, without over-sharing…. but it’s maybe too late to say that .

Mike Niko says:

You Did a good job with your neck line man. Looking sharp .

Enias K. says:

Jasper van Baars says:

great review and use instructional as well cheers

Captain Krieg says:

Thank you Paul! You looked sharp man haha. I’ve been looking around for a new beard trimmer as I wasn’t satisfied with my previous devices, the latest being the lower-priced Philips QT 4005. I’m willing to spend more on a beard trimmer but there are tons of options out there and I have to say that I appreciate the efforts you put into making these review videos and giving honest opinions about different products.

So for an under 70$ it appears my best options are the Philips multigroom 7000 and Wahl lithium Ion, but since I’ll use it almost exclusively for my beard I’m inclined to go with the Philips.

Gökhan says:

Hi, really nice vid. I have a multi groom set myself and I feel like I don’t use most of the attachtments, only the foil and trimmer attachtment. So I think maybe the bodygroom would be more suitable for me. I was thinking of the Philips bodygroom 7000. Do you have any experience with the bodygroom 7000? And if so what was it like?

Googaify says:

Thank you so much, your videos help a lot!
Could you please advice me which one of the 7000 series I should buy for my boyfriend if he uses his current trimmer only for his beard and nose/ears? Should I by 7750 or 7770 or can it be 7715/7720/7730? Or maybe you could recommend something else? Thanks a lot.

Roberts Firearms says:

Great video. Based on your video and review I just purchased it online. Thank You.

Michael Paul says:

Isn’t this set supposed to have a nose hair trimmer and if so have you used it?

sachin mathew says:

Philips MG7715 and MG7750 trimmers looks exactly the same but costs differ..are they same and differ only in number of attachments?

Jj Jr says:

Hi what is the difference between 7770, 7750 and 7720 ? 7720 costs on our stores about 70€ but 7770 costs twice (about 120€) and I can not find 7750 in our stores. Can you answer me please ?

snow ass says:

Hi! How does the norelco multigroom 7000 (the one in this video) compare to the norelco beardtrimmer 7200? Why do you use the multigroom over the beardtrimmer for your beard?

_IA_ WOT Blitz says:

can i use hair guard.. 7mm beard guard took most of my beard 🙁
i am new to beard and did first time myself.. it was okay but i wish i have more than 7mm beard guard..
PS: i did trim bottom up

Jason Wilson says:

Thanks for making this review.

Ahmad Bilal says:

Great review. Loved it. You have got some skills with your trimming, lol.
I am confused, though. What’s the difference between 7750 and 7715? They look the same but i cannot find anything on the difference in models, and why.

New2Trading101 says:

Between the Wahl 9818 Lithium Ion+ Stainless Steel Trimmer vs Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 which would you recommend? I know you did reviews on both items but with a $10 difference I just want to know which of the 2 you would recommend over the other. I have a similar beard with thick hair as well so your recommendation would be much appreciated, thanks.
